HSBC named best consumer internet bank in Vietnam   2009-08-18 - Thanh Nien

The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) in Vietnam said Monday it has been awarded Best Consumer Internet Bank 2009 by Global Finance magazine.

 

The lender said in a statement its HSBC Group also featured prominently in the international “Best Internet Bank” awards, particularly across Asia Pacific.

Winning banks were selected based on criteria including strategies to attract and service online customers, online customer growth, and website design and functionality, the statement said.
